Features of DC hub motor
1. Efficient heat dissipation:
Insulating coolant is injected into the liquid-cooled motor. When the motor rotates, the coolant adheres to the permanent magnet to form an insulating oxide film to prevent oxidation and rust. Its thermal conductivity is better than that of air, and it can effectively dissipate the high temperature inside the motor through the hub and the housing, reducing the operating temperature of the motor.
2. Low Noise:
Liquid-cooled motors generally produce less noise than air-cooled motors due to the sound-isolating and vibration-absorbing effects of the coolant.
